This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Gallant Living website located at https://gallantliving.com ("Website").

3. Return Eligibility

Customers in the United States have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of receipt without providing any reason, subject to the conditions outlined below.

3.1 Conditions for Return

      Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

      Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.

      Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Customer Service:

      Email us at support@gallantliving.com or call (888) 800-5037 within 30 days of receiving your order.

      Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

  1. Return Authorization:

      After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  1. Package the Item Safely:

      Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

      Ensure all accessories, manuals, and free gifts are included.

  1. Include Documentation:

      Include the return authorization form and any necessary supporting documents or images.

  1. Attach Shipping Label:

      Download and print the return shipping label provided in our email.

      Affix the label to the outside of the package.

4.3 Shipping the Return

Shipping Method:

  • All returns must be shipped using the prepaid return shipping label provided with your return authorization.
  • Returns cannot be dropped off in person; all items must be shipped via the carrier specified on your return label.

Return Shipping Deadline:

  • Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your return authorization and prepaid label.

Carrier:

  • Based on the size and weight of your item, returns will be processed via standard parcel carrier or freight service as indicated on your prepaid return label.

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

5.1 Company-Paid Return Shipping

Gallant Living provides prepaid return shipping labels at no cost to the customer for the following return reasons:

  • Defective or damaged items (Section 6.2)
  • Incorrect product received (Section 6.3)
  • Product never arrived (Section 6.4)

How It Works:

  • Upon return authorization approval, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email at no cost to you.
  • Download and print the label, then affix it to your return package.
  • No return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund for these return types.

5.2 Customer-Paid Return Shipping (Change of Mind Returns)

For returns due to change of mind (Section 6.1), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How It Works:

  • Upon return authorization approval, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
  • Download and print the label, then affix it to your return package.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Return shipping costs vary based on item size, weight, and carrier used, and will be clearly communicated during the return authorization process.

5.3 Coverage

Return shipping labels cover standard parcel shipping or freight service, as appropriate for your item's size and weight, via the carrier specified on your label.

 

6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

      Eligibility:

      Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

      Return request must be made within 30 days of receipt.

      Customer Responsibilities:

      You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

      Restocking fee (25% of the product price)

      Refund:

      Your refund will equal the product purchase price, minus the return shipping cost and the 25% restocking fee.

6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

      Notification:

      Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

      Documentation:

      Provide photos or videos of the defect or damage.

      Resolution:

      We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6.3 Incorrect Product Received

      Notification:

      Inform us immediately upon receipt.

      Resolution:

      We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned (at our expense) and ensure you receive the correct product.

6.4 Product Never Arrived

      Notification:

      Contact us if your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time.

      Resolution:

      We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

      If the product is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement product.

6.5 Order Cancellation

      Before Shipment:

      You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.

      After Shipment:

      If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the product.

 

7. Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

      Custom or Personalized Products:

      Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

      Perishable Goods:

      Such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

      Intimate or Sanitary Goods:

      Including underwear, swimwear, and personal care items, unless unopened and unused.

      Gift Cards and Downloadable Software Products.

 

8. Refunds

8.1 Refund Process

Inspection and Approval:

  • All refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item to verify it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3.
  • We will inspect your return within 3-5 business days of receipt at our facility.
  • You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Amount:

  • The refund amount depends on your return reason (see Section 6 for specific details):
    • Change of Mind (Section 6.1): Product price minus return shipping costs and 25% restocking fee
    • Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Item (Sections 6.2-6.3): Full refund of product price
    • Product Never Arrived (Section 6.4): Full refund of product price

8.2 Refund Processing

Payment Method:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Processing Timeline:

  • Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Total Timeline:

  • From the time we receive your return, please allow up to 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

8.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Items Not Meeting Return Criteria:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The partial refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the item and may include deductions for damage, missing components, or restocking.

Late Returns:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may be accepted at our discretion with a partial refund.
  • Late return acceptance and refund amounts are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Note: Partial refunds are separate from and in addition to the standard deductions applied to change of mind returns as outlined in Section 6.1.

 

9. Exchanges

      Eligibility:

      We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

      Process:

      To request an exchange, contact us at support@gallantliving.com.

      Shipping Costs:

      No cost to the customer for exchanges (covered by Gallant Living).

 

10. Timelines

Return Window:

  • Returns must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product by contacting Customer Service.
  • Once authorized, items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your return authorization and prepaid label.

Return Processing:

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Period:

  • It may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Total Timeline:

  • From the time we receive your return at our facility, please allow up to 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

This Return and Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
