Shipping Time and Delivery Expectations
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will begin processing the same day.
Once processed, delivery typically takes 4-7 business days within the United States. This means your total delivery time from order placement is generally 5-9 business days.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, with terms that vary based on the reason for return:
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
- Full refund of product price
- Free return shipping (we provide prepaid label)
- No restocking fees
Change of Mind Returns:
- Refund of product price minus return shipping cost and 25% restocking fee
- Return shipping label provided (cost deducted from refund)
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items: Custom/personalized products, perishable goods, intimate items, gift cards, and downloadable software are not eligible for return.
