Price Match Guarantee

At Gallant Living, we are committed to offering competitive pricing on our products. If you find a lower price from an eligible competitor, we will match it.


1. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

1.1 Qualifying Competitors

  • The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the brand and product.
  • The competitor must be a U.S.-based online retailer with a physical presence or established online storefront.

1.2 Excluded Competitors

Price matches are NOT available for:

  • Third-party marketplace sellers (e.g., Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Facebook Marketplace)
  • Auction sites or bidding platforms
  • Discount outlet stores or liquidation websites
  • Flash sale websites or daily deal sites
  • Wholesale clubs requiring paid memberships (e.g., Costco, Sam's Club)
  • Retailers selling used, refurbished, or open-box items

1.3 Product Requirements

  • Must be the exact same item (same brand, model number, size, color, and specifications)
  • Must be new and in original packaging
  • Must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor at the time of your price match request

1.4 Price Comparison

  • Price match is based on the competitor's current advertised price, including all applicable taxes and shipping costs
  • The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and verifiable (screenshot or URL required)
  • Price match is calculated on the total delivered price (item price + shipping + taxes)

2. Exclusions

The following are NOT eligible for price matching:

  • Promotional offers including rebates, coupon codes, loyalty points, gift card bonuses, or cashback offers
  • Buy-one-get-one (BOGO) deals or bundle promotions
  • Clearance, closeout, or discontinued items
  • Pricing errors or typographical mistakes
  • Exchange orders or replacement items
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products
  • Items on our non-returnable list (see Return and Refund Policy Section 7)

3. How to Request a Price Match

3.1 Before Purchase

If you find a lower price before placing your order:

    • Competitor's name and website URL
    • Screenshot or link showing the competitor's price (must include item price, shipping, and taxes)

    • Our team will verify the competitor's price within 1-2 business days
    • If approved, we will adjust your order price to match the competitor's total delivered price
    • You will receive email confirmation of the price adjustment

3.2 After Purchase

If you find a lower price within 7 days after your purchase:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of your order date:

  2. Provide the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Product name and model number
    • Competitor's name and website URL
    • Screenshot or link showing the competitor's price (must include item price, shipping, and taxes)
    • Date you found the lower price
  3. Verification and Refund:
    • Our team will verify the competitor's price within 1-2 business days
    • If approved, we will issue a refund for the price difference to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
    • You will receive email confirmation of the refund

4. Important Terms

  • One Price Match Per Item: Only one price match request is allowed per product purchase.
  • Price Match Availability: Price matches are subject to product availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice.
  • Verification Required: All price match requests require verification. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
  • Final Decision: Gallant Living reserves the right to make the final determination on all price match requests.
  • Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
