1. Conditions for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.
- To qualify, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.
2. Returns Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gallantliving.com.
- Upon acceptance of your return, we will send detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Do not send items back without first submitting a return request and receiving approval.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- If the item is incorrect or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Restocking Fee:
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Return Method:
- Returns are accepted by mail only.
Return Label:
- For damaged or defective items, contact us to receive a return label via email at support@gallantliving.com.
- Simply download and print the provided label.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification confirming receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — posting delays can occur.
- Contact your bank — processing time may vary.
- If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@gallantliving.com.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at support@gallantliving.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@gallantliving.com.
6. Shipping Address Modifications
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
