Refunds & Returns Policy

At TechFlow Gear, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something’s not right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Here’s how our return and refund process works:


1. Return Window
You may return any eligible item within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this timeframe.


2. Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.


3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at support@techflowgear.com within 30 days.
Once we review the issue and receive the returned item, we’ll either:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost, or

  • Issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges.


4. Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No problem.
Return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days. Once received and inspected:

  • We’ll refund the item cost (minus shipping).

  • You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.


5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll send a confirmation email.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

  • If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund notification and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@techflowgear.com.


Restocking Fees
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the product and reason for return. If applicable, we’ll let you know in advance.
