When will my order ship, and how long will delivery take?
Order processing times can vary depending on the supplier, but most orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days—and sometimes even the same day. While we aim for delivery within 4 to 7 business days, occasional delays may occur. If any product has a longer lead time, it will be clearly noted on the product page. We pride ourselves on industry-leading turnaround times and fast, reliable service.

What’s your return policy?

How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as they haven’t shipped. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@techflowgear.com. Once an item ships, it falls under our standard 30-day return policy.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If there’s any sign of damage—even to the box—make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If you’re unable to inspect the item on the spot, write “suspected damage” on the delivery receipt. Should your product be damaged, send clear photos to support@techflowgear.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or resolution right away.
How do I place an order?
Ordering online is easy—just click “Add to Cart” on your chosen item and follow the steps at checkout. Prefer to order by phone? Call us at 888-800-5037 and we’ll assist you. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away.
How will I know when my order ships?
After placing your order, you’ll get an email confirming your purchase and billing/shipping info. Once your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking details. If an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you within one business day.
Will I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes. Every order is followed by an automatic confirmation email. Be sure your email address is entered correctly during checkout, and we recommend saving the confirmation for your records.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped within Nevada, where we’re located. If you’re outside of Nevada, no sales tax will be added—potentially saving you significantly compared to other retailers.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes—just contact us at support@techflowgear.com before the item ships. We'll help make the change and either refund or invoice you for any price difference. For urgent requests, you can also call us at 888-800-5037.
